Deposit 30% to secure your spot (non refundable)
The second payment will be 60% of balance due by December 30th (non refundable)
The remaining balance is due by February 12th.

If you are unable to attend the retreat, you have the option to transfer your reservation to other person at no additional cost.
To transfer your reservation you must notified us at least 7 days in advanced of the retreat day .

Yoga & Pilates Classes
Pilates for Surfing
In this class, we focus on preparing your body for the moments you’ll be in the water, ready to surf. Through a series of specific exercises, we target key muscles used during surfing and enhance core stability. From movements that mimic transitions on the board to exercises that improve the flexibility and strength needed to maneuver on the waves, each session is designed to enhance your performance and reduce the risk of injuries.
Restorative Yoga featuring the BackMitra
The BackMitra is an effective tool designed to improve your posture and strengthen your back. It enhances your yoga practice while reducing the risk of sports injuries by restoring mobility in the neck, shoulders, and back. By targeting the hips, neck, back, and shoulders, the BackMitra provides relief from pain and tension, promoting overall well-being and alleviating discomfort. Join us as we explore gentle and supported poses with the BackMitra, fostering relaxation and rejuvenation for the body and mind.
Yin Yoga
A tranquil and contemplative practice designed to target the deepest tissues of your body. Through gentle, long-held poses, we focus on stretching and stimulating the connective tissues, ligaments, joints, and bones fostering deep relaxation and increased flexibility. Join us as we embrace stillness, allowing the body and mind to find balance and harmony.
CoreSurf Pilates
In this Core Surf Pilates class, we combine the principles of Pilates with surf-inspired movements to strengthen your core, improve your balance, and increase your flexibility. Using a variety of exercises, you'll focus on stabilizing your body, enhancing your posture, and gaining functional strength. This class is designed for all levels, from beginners to advanced, and will help you connect with your body while having fun and challenging your limits.

Pilates Surf Balance
In this class, we combine classic Pilates exercises with balance techniques. This class is designed to improve your core strength, stability, and coordination through fluid and controlled movements where you will strengthen your deep muscles, improve your posture, and increase your flexibility. Ideal for all levels, this class will help you find balance and harmony in your body, preparing you to face the waves, whether in the water or in daily life.
